Cap 1 credit limit increase .. should I see FICO change?

Cap 1 card limit was just increased from 500 to 1000.

Yay me!! Current utilization is under 10% .Going to keep it like that for ALAP ( as long as possible).

Should i see any type of credit score bump?

Yes if your total utilization across all cards stays under 10 percent then you should see a bump in score

Is this your only card?  If you have others, do they have balances?  What is your total limits (with this increase) and what are your total balances?

If that extra $500 really gave a boost your total credit, you will likely see a score increase within a month.  You have to wait until your statement closing date so they can report the new numbers to the 3 bureaus.
