I applied to cap1 card after recently moving to a new address, they sent me a letter asking me to provide the add verification. After faxing my bank statement in I got a denial letter saying that my info cannot be verified, I called and sent in another proof of address (phone bill)...it's been a month and they are still in the process of reviewing my application....pretty ridiculous, maybe I should have changed my address b4 i applied but wow...anyone has similar experience?
