Hopped on chat with Cap One to see if I had any offers on my QS1 that I PC'd from the Platinum a few months ago. They reduced my APR from 24.90% to 17.65%. Wasnt expecting an offer more less a 7.25% decrese!!! Only available for 7 months. I don't keep a balance on this card anyways, but good to know they were willing to decrese it.
