Cap One CLI Phone Number

Where can I find the automated CLI number for Capital One? I would like to try to increase the limits on my three cards with them. 

Also, is it a hard pull or soft pull?

Don't know of an automated phone number but you can easily go online and hit the CLI button and it's a SP. Good Luck.
