Cap One Credit Steps Kicked in...

Just took a peek at my cap one acct on line and noticed my cl has been changed to $1100. I had to take a second look to make sure I was seeing this correctly. Credit steps did kick with a $500. boost not $250. Which is what my credit steps letter said it would be.

Congrats! Nice surprise. This may have happened if you called to get a CLI before the CS kicked in. Usually the CS increase will be higher than what it would have been originally. Mine was supposed to be $250, but I called a couple of times prior to CS and received increases and my CS was $500 when I received it.

And your are right as always, Thats what i did. I called in at 3 months and recieved a cli of $300 and today cs kicked in for another $500.
