The cash rewards mastercard is a subprime card. The max limit is 3000. The cash rewards visa starts at 3000 and goes up to something like 30 or 40k.
Cap1s prime cards are really not easy to obtain. I would just continue to garden and.try again later. It isn't worth the hassle to deal with them. 99.87% of all their csrs are useless, plus I dont really think a denial constitutes calling the exec office.
