Cap One GW on OTL

Sometime last month (when there was no gas here in Mid TN and everyone went crazy) we went over the limit on our CapOne by 25 cents. We got hit with the $39 fee, and now it looks really ugly on our CRs. We paid it down to below the limit right away, and we've never been late with payments.

Does anyone know a good number to call to see if someone will be super-nice and maybe refund that $39?  Or is it better to write to someone there?

Why not just call and explain what happened. See if they can reverse the OTL charge. The # on the back of the card should be fine to use.

I've had pretty decent luck with Cap1 when calling. You might need to talk to an account supervisor or someone in their retentions department.
