Cap One Platinum w/ Quicksilver benefits

                  Card finally came in the mail today. It is a Quicksilver! Also a Mastercard and same acct. # as before. The 3 digit security code on the back and the expiration date are different though

I just got my Quicksilver Visa yesterday. I upgraded from a Capital One Platinum Visa.

Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade from Platinum to Visa Signature?

There's so much talk about upgrading to Quick Silver and I have decided to keep by Platinum MC since the rewards are better. Just curious,does anyone else have the following rewards program as I do? 

2% cash back on gas and groceries

1% cash back on all other purchases

The only negative is the APR:

Purchases 19.80% P $0.00 $0.00
Cash Advances 24.90% P $694.59 $23.69
SpecialTrans 0.00% $533.93 $0.00

I got the new card yesterday, kind of likethe Discover IT where no raised letters
