Has this card just replaced teh Cash Rewards card? I don't remember seeing it before, and I don't see the cash rewards card. Rather than 1% cashback with a .5% bonus at the end of the year, this one just has a 1.5% cashback reward. Other than that it's pretty much the same.

Just took a look the green cash rewards card is missing ...will have to compare
Same card different packaging instead of 50% bonus yearly its 1.5 on everything
Same cards 1 for excellent credit 1 for average credit....
different color and marketing IMO

The card looks like it is metal (either that...or a simple design) I like it.
Edit: I may put this on my list to app sometime next year when more inqs fall off (especially since Capital One likes to triple pull. I think it will depend if I get a nice offer on it.

It looks like you can personalize it with an image. I'm guessing that means it's just plastic.

I noticed that on second look. It would probably look better if it were metal.
Excellent Credit = VISA Siggy
Average Credit = MasterCard
That's interesting.
I wonder if Cap1 will automatically convert current Cash Reward card holder's over to this new card or does one have to call and request the conversion? B/c, personally i perfer this new rewards structure & CC design, for the green card looks and feels like 50% plastic/50% recycled paper!

I was going to ask the same question! Bummer! I'm new to Capital One because I just got the Cash Rewards card last month! This card sounds much better! I wonder if it's too soon to PC to this card?? However, I did get rid of the green card and customized the photo within a few days of having it! It was visual assault to look at that green card ha

Typically you have to call in to request the one product. It is considered a different card.
