I knew I was coming up on my 1 year With my Cap. One Secured Card and that my $29.00 fee would appear. I was strongly thinking of Canceling when I got it but to my surprise (without asking) the fee appeared and then a Membership fee credit was done. I did not think they would waive the Membership fee on secured cards especially when I did even ask! I LUV me some Cap One!
