Cap One Upgrade!

I've only had the Cap One Platinum for less than a month. Just went on chat and asked for an upgrade to Quicksilver, and got it. Didn't think it would happen so quickly. I've put a lot of use on the card. No payment due yet, though.

Yes, and the rep says the automatic credit steps increase will still occur.

I am chatting now.  Asking to change my Quicksilver One (AF $39) to the Quicksilver (no AF) or if they see any other eligible cards.  Will this show up as a new line of credit and old account will show closed or they will just send a new card but keep existing credit reporting data?

^I don't think they'll send out a new card at all. They just change it in their system.

Yes they do send out a new card. But you keep the same account number and history.

correct, the QuickSilver ONE is MC but the QuickSilver is Visa.

This thread prompted me to call and try a PC from QS One to QS, And I got it.
