Did they do a hard pull on you when you asked for the CLI?  I emailed the EO yesterday morning and have not heard back.  I requested they remove the annual fee and attempt to compete with my Chase and Discover cards.  Right now my CapOne is at $1500/yr with around $30 AF.  The Discover i was just approved for is $6000 and the Chase is $2000, both with no AF.  I've used my Capital One card a TON and its balance is $0.  I'd love to get it bumped up but dont want another inquiry.
