Does anyone know if I would be able to PC a Quicksilver One card to GM card? I have 2 and I don't think any other Capital one cards are appealing nor do I want to app for the GM card because Capital one is too much work to deal with.

No go, its a co branded card and PC can only be done within Cap-1s mainline cards.
Thx gdale6... I was just on a chat session and they said the same thing... Oh well. I have one dormant quicksilver One card now. I will have to request annual fee removed on both or upgrade to quicksilver no fee.

No go, its a co branded card and PC can only be done within Cap-1s mainline cards.

For getting the AF fee removed you will need to call or contact corporate. The frontline reps wont be able to do anything, trust me tried the frontline reps many times for my BF. Luckily i called corporate and AF removed and got him a CLI
