Cap one annual fee

Anyone have any luck lately getting them to waive the annual fee on their credit card? I've had it for 4 years and if they don't waive it they can go really don't need it anymore got way better cards now

Re: Cap one annual fee

Yes, I called their Personal Account Specialists at 877-513-9959 and was super-polite and said Happy Holidays and all that jazz before requesting to have my Annual Fee waived.  You've had yours a good while, so you can slide it in there as being a customer x-number of years, etc.  If that doesn't work, then ask if the Escalation Account Supervisors would have more authority in granting this type of request -- then, they'll transfer you.  It's pretty easy with the first call.

Hey why not try it. It couldn't hurt. Saving money is better than nothing!
