Hey guys so my fiancé had upgraded his Platinum and QS1 on the same day around the first week in May , we got emails that both cards were shipped on May 12th , we got the new QS that was the Platinum like the next day after we got the emails that they had shipped , still no new cards for the QS1 When should we begin to worry ?
