If denied you can message them on Facebook and say you were denied and ask them if they could check into a possible CLI. Just give them phone number and zip code and amount you would like to request. Don't give account number not secure enough. Also if your current card has no rewards ask about a product change to the Quicksilver. They will call you and forward to EO. Good Luck!
