Emailed cap1 EO yesterday regarding a five year old account with 300cl. Call today from nice southern draw talking CSR asked me a few questions about income asked how much of CLI was told they can change the card to a cash rewards card and that they would get back to me within the week with a CLI and clearly stated as a soft pull. Hopefully they match my other cash rewards cards as this measly 300 cl card is annoying Thought I would share the info for others
