yeah but the thing about is that u already started with ur regular cap1 card where as OP and like myself have CO-Branded cards (i think these are treated little differently IMO)
At least this is my understanding. ( I will b hitting EO about this sometime soon, right now i dont have the strengh...lol)
I calld EO about it and even that rep claimed they don't do PCs LOL to APPLY for that card. And its not that serious. Especially when CAP One triple pulls....

I was thinking of same thing here. I have sony visa that I want to pc to QS or al least move the limit over to my QS1 but I dont think its happening.
I sent email to EO this morning and got a call from a nice lady and she submitted my request cli of 4K. ( from 1500).
Hopefully i get a good news in afew days.( she asked me why i need the cli and I told her we plan on taking a vacation to hawaii, and she goes oh good,lol)
I think they would go for a PC but the CL moving would probably be a no. They will tell you to request a CLI and it will be a HP. Lol. Cap One is an interesting beast.
Any current Cap1 account is a SP. The only time cap1 HP is for a new credit only.

The Journey card was my first ever cc and was also in the credit steps program and i was able to PC it. I'm guessing the rep was just lying or didn't want to do the work lol. Well now that you have a Cap1 card that's not co-branded you should be able to PC it.
