Similar to the Venture card.
If it's a new card, you can keep hitting the CLI button from day 1 but most people have reported getting a good result around day 75.
Also, if the first CLI offer you get is too low for you, you can decline that offer and come back after the next statement. Some people have reported getting a better CLI offer the second time. However it's YMMV thing.
After getting a CLI, you're eligible to apply for another one only after 6 months / 181 days.
CLI requests are always SP.
