Buddy of mine just received two separate offers in the mail today for a Cap1 Platinum rebuilder card with 0% APR 'til Dec 2012 (22.9% thereafter) and no AF. I thought the rebuilders all had an AF prior to this--no? I'm a little jealous, both my rebuilder Platinum and my NHRC have $39 AF. I would call to PC my Platinum if I didn't already know they wouldn't do it for me.
Captial One website only lists 1 rebuilder. The secured card with $29 AF.
Those are for average credit.
Yeah my Platinum still has an annual fee and I'm going to ask that it be waived this year.
With no annual fee, it's a no brainer, do it.
Cap 1 is great for rebuilding, but after that I don't think they are the way to go. There are better options out there.

I have a rebuilder card from 2008 with no AF. I plan on keeping it open for the no forex fees - there are no rewards though.

my first rebuilder is no AF and a 11% apr, but no rewards, i think they are only availible by mail offers. The ones i see online are all AF.
My $39 AF hits next month. I've gotten back more in rewards so i'm not too mad about it.
