Also, if I hit the luv button and it denies, I can still contact them using fb to try again right?
It's a sp no matter if you try the luv biputton, the EO or FB. And yes, you can still contact them if the luv button doesn't work
So this is what I got the instant I hit the button:

What does this mean? I have to wait the 10 days for an answer? Or does this usually mean no?

Well the instant chat button came up and I spoke with 2 different reps...continuing to tell me to use the "luv" button. I explained my scores, credit needs and wants. He continued to tell me that he understood and it would go to their "processing" department and he was going to share my concerns with his manager, but to please give it time and I would receive a letter in the mail within 10 days.
