It's a sp no matter if you try the luv biputton, the EO or FB. And yes, you can still contact them if the luv button doesn't work

FWIU the facebook method is dead.

Well the instant chat button came up and I spoke with 2 different reps...continuing to tell me to use the "luv" button. I explained my scores, credit needs and wants. He continued to tell me that he understood and it would go to their "processing" department and he was going to share my concerns with his manager, but to please give it time and I would receive a letter in the mail within 10 days. Smiley Mad
