Cap1 has Product Change...does Barclay?

I know Capital One can do product changes e.g.: Platium to QS, etc... but I'm wondering if Barclay does the same? I currently have Barclay Rewards MC. if Barclay does PC, what should I PC to (at a later date, of course).

Better yet...list here what card issuers offer PC (or a link to one of the forum post, I searched but found none)

The short answer is no, as a matter of policy they don't. The long answer is there have been a couple reports of people who were able to do it.

They do.. At least for me they did.. i had to go through the EO to do it though.. I PCed my apple card to the rewards card..
