One of my Cap1 cards received a CLI in May. Roughly when should I request another one? It gets a lot of use and paid to $0.00 monthly. I'm thinking November (6 months).
After 6 months from the last CLI.

If you get a minimal auto cli do you have to wait six months as well or is it six months from CLI that you requested?

I believe it's both but others who may have had different outcomes can chime in. Typically, the system will decline a CLI if it detects you've receive any within the last 6 months. I think folks usually then try the EO channel in some cases to see if there's some flexibility in that policy - mixed results of course.
I recieved my last increase through the EO office. Went from $1500. - $2500. I'll schedule my next request after my statement cuts the beginning of Dec.
