Thats great news....I didn't have the same luck as you did.  Maybe I am wording my email wrong.  I got a call from someone in ther EO and he pretty much told me to request for a CLI online or on the phone.  He said he can't offer any increase and that everything is done online.  I didn't buy it but what can I do?  Can you PM me who you talked to?
