CapOne Secured - Hard Pull To Add Funds?

Just wondering if the capone secured card is a hard pull to add funds?

Card is obviously not for me (see siggy) just doing research for a friend and can't seem to find this information anywhere ;\.

No HP for deposits. Only during account opening.

SDFCU has a no credit check secured card that earns rewards FYI. Open sky is another NO inq secured card.

Boa does a hard pull for cli but cap one does not. However boa is a much better secured card cause of rewards and it can graduate.
