Capital 1 denied because....

I was denied CC with Capital 1 because they said I needed additional info which I faxed in and they received. SSN and a letter with my mailing address. They didn't like the Student Loan address verification. Now that they requested a copy of my Drivers License, Capital One is telling me they have to do another hard pull. My original Ap was June 19th. Info was faxed June 20th. I am furious!
