There is a huge issue when it comes to the individuals not being able to understand, spell ... Etc. When I am ask how to spell the letter "S" give me a break! Why shouldn't I be frustrated?

I never made a racial insult or slur! Just because I don't want my protected security info in the hands of foreign government that is an issue? Or because there is obviously huge language barriers, that is an issue?

It is OK to complain about not speaking english, or difficulty in understanding.  However, no ethnic or nationality references.  We commonly refer to these types of calls as "Peggys".   This stems from the Discover commercials with the guy in Siberia handling the credit card calls.

Your guess is wrong. The reason why I had to verify is somehow Experian notified the other CBs that I put a fraud alert on my CR. I have their monitoring service! I notified all 3 agencies to remove it! However, Experian is slow to remove...

I'm not doubting you there.  I've had the same type of experience before myself.  Quite frustrating.
