If you have savings and checking with Cap1 360, you can transfer from savings to checking and withdraw with your ATM card immediately.
Thanks Simply827, I only have a savings account with Capital One 360. I have been writing to see if anyone knows whether the credit pull for the checking account is with one bureau or all 3. If it is only one I will go ahead and open one now. If it is all three then I do not think it will be worth opening.
