I just did an online chat with Capital One asking if there was an offer to lower my APR and they asked for all the usual account info, and reviewed and said they had to transfer me to someone else, and the other chat rep came on and reviewed and said there is an offer for to reduce my apr from 22.99% to18.99% for 7 months and i asked for a permenent reduction and they said at this time their best offer was for 7 months so i took it anyway though i will still continue to pay in full.
It always feels nice to get offers on my accounts weither i need them or not, it makes me feel loved!
