It was removed today, I just made yet another attempt late last night so I know it was there. My guess is they are fixing it, not removing the feature. The "feature" has basically been gone for awhile now, removing the link was just a formatlity.
The link is definitely not there. IIRC, they previously took the link down for several weeks while they "fixed" things. I'm sure it will come back, hopefully with improvements
Hopefully they fix it or explain "why" one isn't eligable without having to use the backdoor way of figuring it out through the URL provided on this forum of cryptic reasoning for some and others the famous "Account in revoked status".

It's back up. I successfully combined my accts. a few minutes ago.
I have seen posts on MF where C1 has removed and then replaced the option back online several times. Not sure why though.
