I stumbled upon these while googling about the internet last night and was curious if anyone has experience with them? I already have two Capital One cards and don't plan to app for another for quite awhile, but, I love the idea of supporting a charity by picking one of their credit cards.
These are the ones I've found so far:

don't)

These first two it looks like you earn rewards too.. But, then there's a bunch of affinity type cards like save the turtles and big cat rescue where the nonprofit gets the points you earn.
Capital One "Save the Turtles" Organization gets bonus points. https://www.cardlabconnect.com/AffinityPortal/visi
