I call the back door number so much, they know me by the sound of my voice!

I always concoct an excuse to call them at least once every 2 months.

One of their call centers I get when I call the backdoor number is actually located in Nova Scotia. That's always a good lead in to girl talk! lol. (how's the weather? I just put a pot of chli on the stove because it's cold here in texas).

I agree.  I always use my "I love what your card is doing for me and I appreciate your fine service" voice when dealing with the backdoor number Acct. Specialists.
