I called the exec and talked the other day for my account which is 13 months old and again for my wife's which is 2.5 years old. Both were denied. I got the document online just now and it read that capital one is not taking on customer initiated CLIs now but will review their policy yada yada yada... The executive could have just told me this... She just took my info and put me on hold and came back and said it was denied and a letter would explain... I wonder why some are getting these and others aren't.
