Well, I received the letter in my inbox. The reason they gave for each card was that my usage was too low. At least I know I haven't hit my limit with them yet.

I contact CO after multiple denial of CLI due ro lack of usage, they raised my then 13-year-old QS from 1.2K to 10K, also I think around 800 EQ score helps a little.
