Just tried for my monthly C1 CLI.. results are FAIL, but as another poster mentioned... I did get a different denial reason :
"This Capital One account is not currently eligible for a credit line increase upon request. We're
reviewing our policy for increasing credit limits. While we do this, we won't be able to offer you
more credit."
I hope this means that they are considering laxing their notorious "conservative" lending standards. Still doesn't make sense that they are "conservative" while their business is solely based on subprime borrowers LOL
OR maybe this is the message those of us that keep trying to grow our C1 limits will get now HAHA for trying too many times to get a CLI.
Either way, seems as though C1 isn't very transparent; they've already been fined by the CFPB :-X
