Capital One CLI with lower usage & 20k Line ?...

I recently got a Cap One Venture card with a 20k line.  I don't charge that much...maybe 1500-3000 month and PIF

I am wanting to know if anyone here who has a cap one card with a high limit, 20k or more and has used their card as I have, lower usage, but PIF, have you received a CLI ever ?

Through the EO, yes.    One of my cards had a $15K limit, and I was talking to the EO about the other card.  He asked if I was looking for a CLI on the $15K card and I said "No" because it didn't have good rewards and I had last used it, for about $50, 18 months earlier.  I got what I wanted on the other card, then I noticed that the limit on this one had increased to $20K

So, not necessarily reproducable, but perhaps the trick is to be very clear that you don't want an increase!
