Not until September 12th, (Amex 181 day CLI). I think. Maybe.

Lol you guys are making it really hard to stay in the garden!
Okay next question, if I go for the venture, do you guys think I should also apply for another QS immediately afterwards? I'm hoping I can do a 2 for 3. I currently have a QS but it only has an $800 CL. Now granted I apped for this one back in January when I had sub 600 scores and my util was through the roof and got approved for only $300. Now my scores are closing in on 700 across the board and my overall util is ~19%.I'd close the 800 card first, wait a month plus some days, and then apply. Trust me. Baller got her cards with no cap one exposure. Get the sub prime card off the radar.
Me, I am working with EO to change apr on current cap one sub prime. The limit is fine with me, since I don't use the card as much as my others. Just need the apr change which I will do sometime after September. Never going to app for Venture, prefer real travel cards. Since no cash back option, forced to stay within budget. Kinda like that.
But if the topic of this thread is true, then couldn't I just hold on to my toy limit QS and later combine it with one of my other cards (assuming I was approved) and then close it out?

Dang it you guys are bad lol. So much peer pressure.
Baller I don't remember if I already asked you this but what were your scores/inquiries/income like when you got those?
I got both cards with 1 EX and 2 TU pulls. My EQ was on ice and I didn't bother thawing since I knew 2 bureaus is enough for Cap One. EX had 7 inqs and TU 2 inqs.

Ok so I read last night on another site that combining limits is now available through CSR. So, I called to inquire. NOT YET. This is apparently a big thing currently at Capital One and according to person I spoke to, they are making big preparations for it. They had hoped it would be available by now. But are shooting for the next month or two. But definitely by end of year. You will see it online once it goes live and can do all your combining right there under your account. Pretty freaking awesome. So everybody hold on to all your Cap One cards for now.
Awesome!
Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!
No official announcement yet. Still in the works. But it's mentioned all over the place. I got it from the horse's mouth. Call for yourself if you like.
If this comes to fruition, then definately a good thing. I may have to get a few CAP 1 cards just to consolidate... Hehehe ..
