Go to account services, and actually go into the tab.. it's on your left colum..

Under Service tab, click more, listed in the first column

ETA - I clicked, will send letter in 10 days.  I know it's going to say this account is not eligible for customer initiated increases blah, blah, blah.

Not sure, but assume so since that's what they usually do.  Or no pull possibly - another thread stated the "button" is there but not really avail until 6/28 so will kick out the 7-10 letter message.

Called into the EO on Friday to do an a manual review anyway.  Fingers crossed!
