WOW!! I just logged straight into Capital One after seeing this thread and it gave me the option to move my $15k Quicksilver 19.9% apr card to my $6k 5.9% Quicksilver for a $21k limit at 5.9% on my oldest credit account from 2008, closing the account I opened in 2011.
It said the requirements were the donor account had to have been open for 6 months and have a zero balance, which mine did.
my online merge is allowing me to go from quicksilver to venture and vice versa

Oh boy this is so freakin exciting. My accounts are only a month old. So I have 5 months to wait!
Yes, I'm really happy about this. It makes me rethink my whole Capital One Flaming Hatred stance.

I'm geeked. Seems cool but I've never combined any account. What about AAoA? UTL ? How will it affect scores ? I think this needs to be talked up as many will be wondering.

Wow, magnificent! I am happy for you!
Baller????? Have you app'd yet?
Been wanting to do this for so long and now it's DONE. 2 Quicksilvers merged together with a good CL and great APR and my oldest account to boot, what a card that is now for me.
I'll be paying off one of my cards soon and transferring the limit from it to my oldest Cap1 card!!!
