Capital One Customer Service... Color Me Surprised!

I received a letter saying that my No Hassle Rewards Card was switching as of Nov. 15, 2013 to flat 1%... only issue is I was able to PC last month to Quicksilver... I rang them up and my first shock was:

1. A guy answered that was clearly in the states and spoke great english.

2. He confirmed I was on Quicksilver and very sorry that I got a letter that was not correct and to apologize for me having concern and having to call in he wanted to offer to credit my rewards account with $10.00!

I just about dropped my mail and sat down I felt so dizzy with the words I was hearing... My call was answered in under 30 seconds by someone that spoke english and understand me instantly and then offered me cash for having the wrong information sent.... I might want to kiss my Capital One Card just a little bit right now
