Capital One EO (BBRZMC)

Just a quick question for all that has been through this road.

Is is a HP or SP?

I wrote an email today and got a call back. Account is few years old and never late. They are asking me permisson to pull credit reports. I thought it would be a SP, so I said that I will call them back and let them know. Am I wrong? So it will be a HP?

Re: Capital One EO (BBRZMC)

Okay, I gave them a go. She said it didn't put an inq on the reports. However, the manual review dept might pull them.

So... am I missing something here? I guess I will find out tomorrow.

I hope it will be a SP, I really don't want to leave the garden.

I recieved my call earlier tonight from their office... The rep I spoke with used the term "soft pull" a few times when referring to checking my credit score for the CLI I requested.
