Capital One EO Info Needed

Hi all.  I've been with Cap1 for a few years and I keep getting denied for a CLI.  Im stuck at $750 and as of today I have a balance owed of $12.99.  The reason I'm getting for the denied CLI is that they are reviewing their policies.

Pelase PM me the contact information for Cap1's EO email address so that I can try what seems to be working for others.

Thanks much!

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

UPDATE:  Less than 24 hours after I sent my email I've received a call from the EO.  Wish me luck!  I want to thank myjourney and WarJar01 for responding to my request for help!
