Capital One EO Wait

So how long are the wait times generally for the Capital One EO to get back to you? I'm hoping they will help me out in my situation.

EO Is great you wont even think it's the same company! Sometimes it takes 3-4 days.

when did you contact them OP?  I emailed them Monday morning, 10:00am.  Still haven't heard anything.

They said they didn't ever give CLIs to secured cards. They never PC or graduate either. She said due to a lack of a history I probably wouldnt qualify for any of their products either. I freaking swear.
