So my AF is coming up for the Quick Silver One card next month - I emailed the EO saying I have many other cards with no AF, etc., etc., they gave me a call back 48 hours later - not a questions was asked as to why I was doing this, they gave me the option to upgrade to the regular Quicksilver, I took it - he processed it. Boom. That Capital One EO makes it happen......

I emailed the EO office last Friday with the exact same question. I still have not had a response back, phone call or email.

I had sucess with the EO about 5 months ago getting the limit on my quicksilverone upped.

I have her contact info, should I call her or just wait for a rep to contact me?

Ddemari, it took them about 3 days to hear back from the EO a month ago. Also I had no problem getting a PC to quicksilver on chat.

I will wait it out another day. I emailed asking to be changed to the Quicksilver World Mastercard. When I contacted the EO 5 months ago my score via a capialone credit limit increase rejection letter was 625, i went ahead and asked for a cli last month and the letter had my credit score at 701. So i assume I am in a good place to get converted although it has has not been 6 months since my product change from platinum mastercard to QS1 but it is almost 6 months lol.
