Just got off the phone with lisa from the EO office, she took some information from me, asked me a few quesitons about income and home ownership and what is left on my mortgage and what the value of my house is, she said it would be a soft pull and if they cant give me the 5k limit would I be ok with a counter offer, she also mentioned that sometimes they ask for papers to verify income/home.
How often do they ask for papers? she also said they would be in touch in 48 hours, does it really take 48 hours? if its often, then I'd like to get them together so when I hear back I can just send them over, basically a premptetive measure, to help make the process flow better.
