Probably monday make sure you have the right email address for them there are 2 and one is no good .

Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

First time I emailed them, they called me the next day.  The second time I emailed them, it took three business days for them to call me back.  I'd say give it one week, then try again.

I emailed on a Thursday @8ish in the morning, got a call later in the afternoon @3:00....
