Do a bit of legwork... go back a few posts and it's in there. Don't call the number without first emailing. You should have a specific executive office CS rep to work with. They don't quite like you calling out of the blue.

I received a call from the executive office today. They pretty much asked me the same kind of questions that everyone else has been answering (income,minimum-max cli amount).... she said same thing, that they would submit it for manual review and that I should hear something in about 72 hours.... I am actually kind of impressed that the email worked and that they ACTUALLY are following up on things...nice to see.... now just to wait.... (btw i only said 2k min and 3k min ( along the lines of what I have with some of my other lenders)

+1, you could have probably asked for more though, Cap1 does not seem to be one of the lenders that likes to match CL. They gave me $3500 (the min i said i'd take) when my highest CL at the time was only $1500.

I went thru the first 10 pages and couldn't find the email. My computer at work is insanely slow, so can I have the email address PMed, please Credit score has gone from high 400s to mid 600s on my end, and high 400s to high 600s on hubby's end, and we're both still stuck with craptacular limits!

Anyone minding sharing the email address via pm? I have had my cap1 for 7 years and have had my 1k limit stuck for 6 years... Before I break ties with them I figure one last shot wouldn't hurt.
