Can I get the EO email address please. I've had a CapitalOne card for 5 years with a small increase at the the 3 years mark, from 900 to 1300. I would like to move that up to at least 5. Thanks.

LOL) anyway the senior account rep looked over my account and wasn't able to reduce the apr and said there are no offers or upgrade offers on my account at this time and we ended the call.
Then i used the ceo email again to send them an email, thanking them for having some nice reps this time and asked them for an apr reduction and i also asked for a credit limit increase, might as well.... lol.....
today i got an email back simular to what other people have recently been getting asking me to call in and talk, so i called and i just made it before they left for the day and my personal rep was the one that answered the phone so that made it easier... lol
We talked for a bit about the usually stuff and answered the usual questions. i asked for $3,000 limit and said i could accept less....he then asked if anything recently changed in my credit file and i said yes that i recieved limit increases on other cards, then he said he would submit that request and the apr reduction request to the underwiters for review and i will hear back within 2 to 10 business days he said and he said like usual it will be a soft inquary.
I am hoping that by calling the retention specialist and being transfered to a senior account manager will help my case as it should be documented on my account.... we'll see.
***Update***
So I log into my account today and seen they increased my from $750 to $1,000 so i got another $250 increase. I'm glad they increased me to something, It actually makes me wonder if they are just having their underwriters override their system and give me another "credit steps" boost? I wouldn't put it past them..... lol. For me having $1,000 limit makes my CapOne card no longer a "toy card" it makes it one of my regular credit cards eventhough i may not use it as heavly as the others.
Hopefully my rep calls me back tomorrow with an update on my APR Reduction request. Like always i'll let you guys know what happens!
It is good to see that CapOne is trying to turn things around and help their customers, they have come along way since i started with them in January 2012 and they have a long journey ahead of them. For them to go from having very rude reps no matter who you call to having reps who actually have a caring voice and ask you how you are doing and how things are going in your area, that's a big difference. Also being able to give out some credit limit increaaes to those who need it and who's credit file supports it and also wiping out annual fees completely off the accounts (which actually goes against the terms and conditions of the account) seems like a major improvement to me, but like i said they still have a long ways to go, which is good because they will continue to learn about problems and be able to come up with ways to make things right and possibly change polcies to be able to serve every customer better than ever before! LOL
So my rep called my work line earlier this morning, (i think he wanted to see if my work was real..lol) anyway, he imformed me about my account being increased to $1,000 and i asked about my APR and he said it will stay the same. I said thank you and he said have a good week, and then we ended the call.
An increase is still an increase, and like i said since it's $1,000 limit, now I no longer consider it a "toy card".

Just emaield the executive office. I went into considerable detail about my finances and credit history, basically explaining that given the other cards I have, Capital One's rate and limit are so undesirable that there is currently basically no reason for me to use that card for purchaes, but that I would like to do so if they could match the terms of my other cards. I asked for 8k limit and 13.99% APR. What is the general response time?
Thx
