Capital One Hard Pull = no score change

SW hasn't updated for me since 8/20.  On that date, it reported 1 HP from Capital One.  I know that WalMart is now reporting to Experian too.  Is my score really frozen or is SW broken?

Re: Capital One Hard Pull = no score change

First, inq don't always lower FICO. Second, it usually takes two or three days for a CMS, incl SW to send you an email of the change. If the inq wasn't on EQ then you wouldn't get an email from SW anyway.

With SW, you need to update your score notification every time your score changes in order to continue to get updates of future scorechanges. So, if you haven't done this, you should log in and update that with the most recent score they gave you.

Re: Capital One Hard Pull = no score change

SW just updated 8/22:

WalMart TL added $0/500 TL

Score is still 577

Score was 577 on 8/20 when Cap1 did a HP and approved me for a secured card.
