Capital One Income Reguirement

My husband kept getting pre approved offers in the mail for capital one so when we finally got a offer for a card with no annual fee he applied. It said he might start off as low as three hundred dollars he makes sixty thousand a year and was denied. When he got the letter it said he did not make enough income to get the card. He has a Visa with a $5000.00 limit does anyone know what the income is?

Hi loves my credit,

Cap One has so many different cards - I'm guessing that the particular card he app'd for may have a minimum annual income to qualify; and another Cap One card may have a different income qualifier.  Hopefully someone else will chime in on this.

Which Cap One did he app for?
